How do I make a claim? After a doctor’s appointment you can pay the receipt yourself first and then make a claim (up to the limit specified on the policy) by taking or sending the receipt to the insurance company. You can also send your unpaid account to the insurance company that will pay off the costs for you. Medications must be bought in person and only then you can make a claim. The accounts and receipts for hospital services are sent directly to the insurance company.
